Payment Terms

All course fees for studiolensza camera and lens operation training must be paid in full prior to the start date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or other approved methods. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable Australian consumer protections. If studiolensza cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the participant within 14 days of the course start date. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior may qualify for a partial refund of 50 percent of the course fee.

Non-Attendance and Course Changes

Failure to attend a scheduled course does not entitle the participant to a refund. studiolensza reserves the right to reschedule or modify course content due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered suitable alternatives.
